The location validation functionality will not be available between Friday, April 19th at 7 PM ET and Monday, April 22nd at 5 AM ET. Participants will still be able to submit new claims and use other features in the portal but the location validation tool will not function during that time. Claims submitted during this time will remain in ‘Submitted’ status and will not be automatically approved until the service returns on Monday and the Quality Assurance team manually processes the claims.

MyDukeIncentives.com is your portal to Smart $aver Midstream and Upstream Programs incentives. Duke Energy-approved supply chain actors sell incentivized lighting, HVAC, and foodservice products to eligible customers, making high-efficient equipment available at affordable prices. Available incentives are capped at 75% of the line item equipment cost.
For follow up on claims submitted prior to June 1st, 2021, please log in to the previous system now found at legacy.mydukeincentives.com.
