The location validation functionality will not be available between Saturday, May 10th at 11:00 p.m. EDT through Sunday, May 11th at 12:00 p.m. EDT. Participants will still be able to submit new claims and use other features in the portal, but the location validation tool will not function during this time. Claims submitted during this time will remain in ‘Submitted’ status and will not be automatically approved until the service returns and the Quality Assurance team manually processes the claims.

MyDukeIncentives.com is your portal to Smart $aver Midstream and Upstream Programs incentives. Duke Energy-approved supply chain actors sell incentivized lighting, HVAC, and foodservice products to eligible customers, making high-efficient equipment available at affordable prices. Available incentives are capped at 75% of the line item equipment cost except North Carolina HVAC and Foodservice measures are capped at 100% of the line item equipment cost. North Carolina Lighting measures remain capped at 75% of the line item equipment cost.
